This award-winning, micro-brewery is located in the Redlands Coast hinterland suburb of Capalaba – just 20 minutes’ drive from the centre of Brisbane.
With more than 170 new beers created every year, Bacchus – as the locals like to call it – is renowned for producing some of Australia’s most interesting, diverse and distinct craft beer flavours while also brewing and perfecting the more classic styles.
The brewery’s award-winning beers include Peanut Brittle Gose and a White Chocolate and Raspberry Pilsner.
Bacchus is open Wednesday to Sunday, pouring their unparalleled range of outstanding craft beers and cider from 20 taps.
Dozens more are available by the bottle and these can be enjoyed at the brewery or taken home .
